Depending on the training itinerary chosen by the student, it can be a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) or a Bachelor of Science (B.S.c. Hons).

In addition, the Microfusa School of Barcelona has a collaboration agreement with the Jam Session Higher School of Music that offers the possibility of obtaining the Higher Degree in Music, specializing in Sonology, a degree from the Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya and, therefore, approved by the Government of Spain. This degree is the first and the only one recognized in the entire State, in the field of urban music, new trends and Rock.

To these collaborations, which from Escuela Microfusa we seek to offer the opportunity to obtain a Higher Degree, we now join our new alliance with the University of Winchester, a university located in Hampshire, in the south of England.

University of Winchester

University of Winchester is a public, semi-urban institution, located in the city of Winchester in Hampshire, in the south of England. Established in 1840 and renovated in 2007, it is a historic university that began its journey in the mid-19th century as the Winchester Diocesan Training School and with only 10 students. Today the community of students who are confident in their future approaches 8,000 and offers undergraduate and graduate studies in a variety of subjects within the arts, humanities, health and social care, social sciences, business, law, sports and education.

Its renovated facilities have a beautiful and award-winning campus that highlights the historic King Alfred Campus and the new facilities of the West Downs Campus. A center of knowledge, creativity and innovation for the city and beyond.

Microfusa School

The beginnings of the Microfusa school, in the late 1980s, coincide with the beginnings of music computing, the first computers (Spectrum and Atari) and the first software (Notator). Since then we have become a national benchmark in specialized training in sound, music production and the DJ sector. After more than 30 years training professionals in the national and international sector, the Microfusa School stands out for its teaching methodology, its courses and its facilities.

The core of our philosophy, which is also our distinctive character, is to provide our students with a highly qualified work environment. Thanks to a teaching team with extensive experience in the sector, which is not limited only to training students, but to inspire and enlighten them to develop those professional skills at the highest level and be able to be sufficiently competent in such a demanding Music Industry currently.

In addition, the constant evolution of technologies forces us to constantly update our syllabi and facilities in order to train all students not only in those techniques used today, but also in those of tomorrow, regardless of the musical genre.

The result of this is the special bond that is created in the community of students and teachers. A community that shares a single passion, music and innovation.
