In Events

Despite the pandemic, at MicroFusa we have done everything possible so that the music does not stop. These are strange times, but our commitment to our community has forced us to try even harder to move forward with our commitment.

At MicroFusa schools we are especially committed to our community. We consider it very important to publicize the work of students and alumni through the means that we have at our disposal. And a unique opportunity are the festivals that we have been organizing periodically over the years. With the arrival of the pandemic, the situation became quite complicated. Between the confinements, the curfews, and other security measures so necessary to preserve our health, the celebration of events of this type was quite complicated. But at MicroFusa we have done everything possible, always maintaining the strictest security measures, to move forward.

When it seemed that everything began to normalize, we again glimpse the veil of new restrictions. But from the MicroFusa schools we will adapt to the new conditions. Do not stop the music. But for sure, first and foremost.

Today we bring you a brief summary of our latest festivals. In a way it is a way of seeing, precisely, how we have adapted to these new circumstances. But, above all, it is a new opportunity to give a voice to all those emerging artists who, especially in these moments, still have it more difficult.

Summer Festival 2019

On June 10, 2019 we celebrated our MicroFusa Summer Festival 2019 in Sala Apolo, with the sound of the students of our center and with the performances of Senyor Oca, ADALA & The Same Song Band, EQVVS LACRIMA, Rampalion, Carlenee + DJ AUBØR, Petit Ribery and Golfito Lil. A night of trap, reggae, rap, drum’n’bass, and diverse rhythms that brought together more than 2000 attendees.

Winter Festival 2020

MicroFusa Winter Festival 2020 held on February 21, 2020 in the Sala Laut in Barcelona arrived just before the mandatory confinement was decreed. We had the opportunity to count on the performances of Adrián Gómez, Pablo Belluco, KhashiMusic, AUBØR, Clara Rueda, FEZE and D0X0RB.

Winter Festival Online 2021

If the celebration of the Winter Festival 2020 was by the hair, the Winter Festival 2021 caught us squarely with the most complicated situation. But at MicroFusa we love challenges and, in collaboration with the Adam Hall showroom in Barcelona, we decided to organize an online edition of the event that took place on February 26 through the Microfusa channel on twitch.tv.

It featured performances by DK DKUUL, Chloé, Acrodacon, Dj AUBØR, Carlenee, Cloe and Vicco.

Spring Festival 021

Already in the middle of the pandemic, we launched our MicroFusa Spring Festival 021. It seemed that the pandemic situation was beginning to normalize a bit. But we prefer not to take risks and. Instead of holding a live, one-time event, we decided to pre-record the performances and then air them on our twitch.tv channel weekly between April 29 and June 17.

Accompanied by interviews with each artist or group, these were the performances we were able to enjoy:

  • 29.04.2021 – La Prenda Roja
  • 06.05.2021 – Carlos Cuenca
  • 13.05.2021 – Kreddo
  • 20.05.2021 – Fatamorgana
  • 27.05.2021 – MIND
  • 4.06.2021 – Carlos Castelló
  • 11.06.2021 – AB Zipper
  • 06.2021 – Wallace & Ludmila
  • 06.2021 – Gonzalo y Pau
  • 17.06.2021 – Julen

Summer Festival 021

During this summer we present the mFLive concept, a reconversion of our well-known festivals by the hand of mFRecords and the production company mFEvents. A new project carried out by and for our community.

In this new framework, at the end of June, we launched the MicroFusa Summer Festival 021 centered on two dates. On June 21 in Barcelona and on June 23 in Madrid. The Barecelona Festival would take place between the Apolo and La 2 rooms and would be broadcast in virtual format. The Madrid Festival would be held in the Sala Siroco with a limited capacity of 72 people and would also be broadcast virtually.

Summer Festival Barcelona 021

At the Summer Festival Barcelona 021 we have performances by Laura West, Carla Collado, Carlenne, Histérica, Vicco and Exili a Elba.

Summer Festival Madrid 021

At the Summer Festival Madrid 021 we have performances by Kreddo, The Cuquers, Alberto García and MIND.

As you can see, no matter how many turns life takes, we will continue to support our students and former students, making an effort to give visibility to their work.
